<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose of the study to study the role of serum glycoproteins CA 19–9 and CA 125 as a potential non-invasive biomarker of progressive fibrosis in interstitial lung diseases.</p>
<title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 77 patients with interstitial diseases. Based on the presence/absence of signs of progression over the previous 6 months, patients were divided into 2 groups. In the group of patients with a progressive fibrotic phenotype of interstitial lung diseases (ILD), higher levels of CA 19-9 and CA 125 were detected.
