Геморрой сопровождается нарушениями микроциркуляции. Современные методы лечения, требуют оценки микроциркуляторного русла.</p><p>Цель исследования — оценить эффективность и определить оптимальные параметры лазерной деструкции у пациентов с геморроем III стадии на основании показателей микроциркуляции.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 80 пациентов: основная группа разделена на 3 подгруппы по 20 человек с геморроем III стадии и 20 здоровых добровольцев (контрольная группа). Основная группа разделена в зависимости от мощности лазерной деструкции. Микроциркуляция оценивалась методом лазерной доплеровской флоуметрии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Использование лазерной доплеровской флоуметрии показало лучшие результатами при мощности 8 Вт.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение</title><p>Обсуждение. Применение лазерного излучения мощностью 8 Вт обеспечивает более быстрое восстановление микроциркуляции.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Лазерная деструкция геморроидальных узлов способствует восстановлению микроциркуляции, с наилучшими результатами при мощности 8 Вт.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Hemorrhoids are accompanied by impaired microcirculation. Modern treatment methods require  an assessment of the microvasculature.</p><p>Purpose is to evaluate the efficacy and determine the optimal parameters of laser destruction in patients with stage III hemorrhoids based on microcirculation indicators.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 80 patients: the main group was divided into 3 subgroups of 20 persons each with stage III hemorrhoids, and 20 healthy volunteers (control group). The main group was divided depending on the power of laser destruction. Microcirculation was assessed by laser Doppler flowmetry.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The use of laser Doppler flowmetry showed the best results at a power of 8 W.</p></sec><sec><title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion. The use of laser radiation at a power of 8 W provides faster recovery of microcirculation.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
