Воспаление играет важную роль в патогенезе хронического пародонтита и красного плоского лишая слизистой оболочки полости рта. Определенный интерес в ранней диагностике, динамическом наблюдении, оценке эффективности лечения таких заболеваний представляют определяемые в ротовой жидкости как органоспецифическом субстрате полости рта медиаторы воспаления, в частности интерлейкин-6, интерлейкин-8 и Е-селектин. </p><p>Цель исследования — оценить клиническую информативность определения интерлейкина-6, интерлейкина-8 и Е-селектина в ротовой жидкости при хроническом пародонтите и красном плоском лишае, в т. ч. с использованием стандартизации результатов. </p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 43 человека разного возраста (63,0 [48,0; 71,0] года). Сформированы группы: пациенты с хроническим пародонтитом умеренной тяжести (n = 21); красным плоским лишаем слизистой оболочки рта (n = 7); здоровый контроль (n = 15). Для исследования ротовой жидкости использовался анализатор Luminex 200 (Th ermo Fisher Scientifi c, США); для определения в ротовой жидкости интерлейкина-6 — IL-6 Human ProcartaPlex Simplex Kit (Invitrogen, США), интерлейкина-8 — IL-8 (CXCL8) Human ProcartaPlex Simplex Kit (Invitrogen, США), Е-селектина — CD62E (E-selectin) Human ProcartaPlex Simplex Kit (Invitrogen, США). Данные стандартизированы путем деления на концентрацию общего белка. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлено повышение абсолютной концентрации интерлейкина-8 у пациентов с хроническим пародонтитом относительно контроля (p = 0,019). ROC-анализ показал, что диагностическая точность определения интерлейкина-8 была умеренной (AUC = 0,790; p = 0,004). При точке отсечения ≥473,78 пг/мл диагностическая чувствительность составила 75,00 %, специфичность — 88,89 %. После стандартизации результатов различия отсутствовали. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Выявлено увеличение содержания интерлейкина-8 в ротовой жидкости при хроническом пародонтите, однако после стандартизации данных по содержанию общего белка подобные изменения отсутствовали. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Inflammation plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of chronic periodontitis and oral lichen planus. Inflammatory mediators detected in mixed saliva, such as interleukin-6, interleukin-8, and E-selectin, are particularly important for early diagnosis, monitoring, and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments for these diseases.</p><p>The aim of the study was to evaluate the diagnostic value of absolute and corrected by total protein levels of interleukin-6, interleukin-8 and E-selectin in mixed saliva samples from patients with chronic periodontitis and oral lichen planus.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study involved 43 people of different ages (63.0 [48.0; 71.0] years). Three groups were formed: patients with moderate chronic periodontitis (n = 21); patients with oral lichen planus (n = 7); control group (n = 15). The Luminex 200 analyzer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) was used to evaluate levels of inteleukin-6 (IL-6 Human ProcartaPlex Simplex Kit, Invitrogen, USA), interleukin-8 (IL-8 (CXCL8) Human ProcartaPlex Simplex Kit, Invitrogen, USA) and E-selectin (CD62E (E-selectin) Human ProcartaPlex Simplex Kit, Invitrogen, USA) in mixed saliva.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The absolute concentration of interleukin-8 was significantly increased in patients with chronic periodontitis (p = 0.019). ROC analysis showed that the diagnostic accuracy of interleukin-8 measurement was moderate (AUC = 0.790; p = 0.004). Diagnostic sensitivity was 75.00 % and specificity was 88.89 % at the cut-off ≥473.78 pg/ml. There were no differences in the results after correction by total protein concentration.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
