В настоящей работе проведен анализ особенностей вариабельности сердеч-ного ритма по данным компьютерной кардиоинтервалографии (ККИГ) у здоровых юношей 18-23 лет в динамике реализации первого утреннего акта мочеиспускания (в процессе появления повелительного позыва на мочеиспус-кания, опорожнения мочевого пузыря и сразу после микции. Проведенные в рамках настоящего раздела работы комбинированные исследования рит-мов сердца и мочеиспускания показали, что, что акт мочеиспускания в норме протекает в три этапа: Первый этап появление повелительного позыва на мочеиспускание по показателям ИН, характеризуется явлениями умеренной парасимпатикотонии. Акт мочеиспускания реализуется при достоверном нарастании парасимпатического влияния. Однако сразу после мочеиспуска-ния мочевой пузырь попадает под доминантное влияние симпатического от-дела вегетативной нервной системы.
