Представлен литературный обзор отечественных зарубежных и научных публикаций за последние 15 лет, посвященных эндопротезированию тазобедренного сустава при деформациях и дефектах вертлужной впадины. В работе даны широко используемые классификации дефектов и деформаций вертлужной впадины, техника имплантации чашки протеза, современные хирургические методы реконструкции вертлужной впадины. Первично стабильную фиксацию чашки протеза, в клинических случаях костных дефектов вертлужной впадины, по данным литературы, можно достигнуть при условии восстановлении центра вращения тазобедренного сустава в истинной вертлужной области, восполнения костных дефектов структурными ауто - и аллотрансплантатами, аугментами из трабекулярного металла и опорными кольцами.
The article contains a literature review of domestic and foreign scientific publications over the past 15 years devoted to a total hip replacement in cases of acetabular bone defects and deformations. The article presents the widely used classification of defects and deformations of the acetabulum, the technique of implanting cups prosthesis, modern surgical methods of reconstruction of the acetabulum. Primary stable fixation of the cup prosthesis in the clinical cases of the acetabular bone defects, according to the literature, can be achieved under the condition of restoring сеnter of the hip rotation in real acetabular area, plasty of the bone defects by structural bone auto - and allograft, trabecular metal and reconstruction rings.
