Рассмотрены основные факторы риска гестационного сахарного диабета (ГСД). Несмотря на существующие методы антенатального наблюдения и родовспоможения, число беременных с гестационным диабетом постоянно увеличивается. Выбор рационального алгоритма обследования на ранних сроках гестации позволит улучшить перинатальные исходы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the issues of epidemiology, pathogenesis and diagnosis of abnormal carbohydrate and lipid metabolism during pregnancy. The main risk factors for gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) are demonstrated. Despite the existing methods of antenatal and delivery care, in recent years there has been an unfavorable tendency to increase the frequency of gestational diabetes.
