Совокупность неблагоприятных патофизиологических и анатомических особенностей атеросклеротического поражения КА у пациентов с СД 2 типа обуславливает худший прогноз и снижает ответ на реваскуляризацию миокарда. Возможность модифицировать эти факторы остается чрезвычайно трудной задачей. Наиболее перспективными подходами является выбор оптимального метода реваскуляризации, а также своевременная диагностика СД 2 типа, определение степени его компенсации, качественная коррекция выявленных нарушений углеводного обмена и определение алгоритмов дальнейшего ведения пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Revascularisation plays an important role in treatment of acute coronary syndrome for increased population of type 2 diabetic patients. The set of anatomical and pathophysiological peculiarities of atherosclerotic injury of coronary arteries in patients with type 2 diabetes causes the worst prognosis and response after revascularization. Modification of this factors is really difficult.
