Наиболее опасными являются гнойно-воспалительные процессы. В литературном обзоре представлены основные причины, факторы риска, клинические особенности, диагностика, прогнозирование и профилактика гнойновоспалительных осложнений после тотального эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава. Хирургическое лечение при развитии инфекционных осложнений сводится к верификации перипротезных измененных тканей, их радикальному удалению вместе с компонентами эндопротеза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Total hip arthroplasty is an effective method of treatment of diseases and injuries of the hip joint. However, after hip replacement complications develop. The most dangerous are purulent-inflammatory processes. The literature review presents the main causes, risk factors, clinical features, diagnosis, prognosis and prevention of purulent-inflammatory complications after total hip arthroplasty.
