Тотальное эндопротезирование тазобедренного сустава является эффективным методом лечения заболеваний и травм тазобедренного сустава. однако после выполненного эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава развиваются осложнения. Наиболее опасными являются гнойно-воспалительные процессы. В литературном обзоре представлены основные причины, факторы риска, клинические особенности, диагностика, прогнозирование и профилактика гнойновоспалительных осложнений после тотального эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава. Хирургическое лечение при развитии инфекционных осложнений сводится к верификации перипротезных измененных тканей, их радикальному удалению вместе с компонентами эндопротеза.

Total hip arthroplasty is an effective method of treatment of diseases and injuries of the hip joint. However, after hip replacement complications develop. The most dangerous are purulent-inflammatory processes. The literature review presents the main causes, risk factors, clinical features, diagnosis, prognosis and prevention of purulent-inflammatory complications after total hip arthroplasty. Surgical treatment in the development of infectious complications is reduced to the verification of periprosthetic altered tissues, their radical removal together with the components of the endoprosthesis.
