SF-Qualiveen - это короткая форма опросника, оценивающего влияние нарушений мочеиспускания на качество жизни больных нейрогенным мочевым пузырем. До настоящего времени опросник не был доступен на русском языке. Целью данного исследования стал перевод и валидизация русскоязычной версии опросника SF-Qualiveen для его использования у больных рассеянным склерозом (РС). Материалы и методы. Оригинальная англоязычная версия опросника SF-Qualiveen была переведена на русский язык в соответствии со стандартным алгоритмом языковой и культурной адаптации. В апробации русскоязычной версии участвовали 60 человек: 50 больных нейрогенным мочевым пузырем на фоне РС и 10 условно здоровых добровольцев. Респонденты дважды с интервалом 2 недели отвечали на вопросы SF-Qualiveen и Шкалы симптомов нейрогенного мочевого пузыря (NBSS). Полученные данные были использованы для оценки внутренней согласованности (альфа Кронбаха), внешней валидности (коэффициент корреляции Пирсона) и достоверности (коэффициент межклассовой корреляции) опросника. Результаты. Значения SF-Qualiveen в группе больных нейрогенным мочевым пузырем (2,51±0,79) были достоверно выше, чем в контрольной группе (0,1±0,02, р<0,001). Коэффициент альфа Кронбаха превысил 0,9, что указывает на очень хорошую внутреннюю согласованность анкеты. Внешняя валидность подтверждена наличием заметной и высокой тесноты связи значений SF-Qualiveen с результатами NBSS. При повторном заполнении анкеты не было выявлено значимых различий в результатах, коэффициенты межклассовой корреляции превышали 0,8 (p<0,001) как для общей суммы баллов, так и для значений по отдельным доменам. Выводы. Русская версия опросника SF-Qualiveen продемонстрировала высокую валидность и надежность и может быть рекомендована к использованию в клинической практике.

The SF-Qualiveen is a short questionnaire that measures the impact of urinary symptoms on the quality of life of patients with neurogenic bladder. It was not acceptable in Russian before. The aim of the study was translation and validation of the Russian version of the SF-Qualiveen for multiple sclerosis (MS) patients. Methods. SF-Qualiveen had been translated into Russian according to the cultural and lingual adaptation algorithm. The study included 60 respondents: 50 MS patients with neurogenic bladder and 10 healthy controls. All participants filled out the SF-Qualiveen and NBSS two times with an interval of two weeks. Data were used to determine the internal consistency (Cronbach’s alfa), external validity (Pearson correlation), and test-re-test reliability with interclass correlation coefficient. Results.The mean of the SF-Qualiveen total in patients with neurogenic bladder was 2,51±0,79, that significantly (p<0.001) exceeded score in control group (0,1 ±0,02, р<0,001). The Cronbach’s alfa was more than 0.9, which confirms very good internal consistency of the Russian version of SF-Qualiveen. External validity was verified by the relevant correlations with NBSS. Test-retest reliability was excellent. The interclass correlation coefficients were >0.8 (p<0.001) for all subdomains and the overall score. Conclusion. The Russian version of the SF-Qualiveen demonstrated good validity and reliability and may be recommended for use in patients with multiple sclerosis.
