Изучение состояние пародонта у больных с первичной травматической окклюзией в стадии декомпенсации было проведено у 50 пациентов (26 женщин и 24 мужчины) до начала ортопедического лечения, так и через 3 и 6 месяцев после протезирования с использованием индекса OHI-S, индекса кровоточивости десны Muhlemann-Cowell и пародонтального индекса рассела согласно общепринятой методике. Проведение статистического анализа показало, что различия между всеми временными промежутками можно признать статистическими значимыми на уровне p<0.01. При динамическом наблюдении отмечалось стойкое прогрессирующее улучшение гигиенического состояния полости рта. Показатели кровоточивости и пародонтального индекса значительно снизились через 3 месяца после протезирования, однако через 6 месяцев наблюдалась незначительная тенденция к их увеличению, что позволяет говорить об относительной стабилизации состояния пародонта и эффективности ортопедического лечения.
The study of the periodontal condition in patients with primary traumatic occlusion in the stage of decompensation was performed in 50 patients (26 women and 24 men) before the beginning of prosthetic treatment, and 3 and 6 months after prosthetics using the index OHI-S, the index of hemorrhagic gums Muhlemann-Cowell and Russel periodontal index according to the generally accepted method. The statistical analysis showed that the differences between all time intervals can be considered statistically significant at the level of p <0.01. Dynamic observation showed a persistent progressive improvement in the hygienic state of the oral cavity. The indicators of hemorrhage and periodontal index significantly decreased after 3 months after prosthetics, but after 6 months there was a slight tendency to increase, which allows talking about the relative stabilization of periodontal conditions and the effectiveness of orthopedic treatment.
