Нарушение носового дыхания - один из факторов сужения верхней челюсти. Изучение ширины резцового отдела верхней челюсти / основания носа при общем сужении верхней челюсти и конвергенции корней резцов является своевременным для выработки оптимальной тактики лечения. В динамике изучены параметры развития верхней челюсти у 50 детей 9 - 11 лет с различной степенью сужения верхней челюсти на фоне ортодонтического лечения. Установлено, что нормализация положения резцов верхней челюсти является ключевым компонентом в коррекции зубочелюстной системы при сужении верхней челюсти, обеспечивает правильное развитие назомаксиллярного комплекса в соответствии с анатомическими нормами для детей 9 - 11 лет.

Disturbance of nasal breathing is one of the factors which is leads to narrow maxilla. To select optimal treatment we need to study the width of upper incisors, base of the nose with a narrow maxilla and the convergence of the incisors’ roots. The dynamics of the development of upper jaw in 50 children aged between 9 to 11 years old, who have different degrees of narrow maxilla during orthodontic treatment has been studied. It was established that correction the position of upper incisor is a key component in the correction of the maxillofacial region with narrow maxilla, ensures the correct development of the nasomaxillary area in accordance with anatomical standard for children 9-11 years old.
