Abstract

The aim of the study was the selection of indications for surgical treatment of patients with osteochondrosis with instability using implants disc and interspinous clamps, which have become the clinical case of permanent vertebral and radicular pain syndromes, rentenological confirmed postnukleotomic instability in the vertebral motor various stages of segments, with or without diskoradiculyar conflicts with ineffective conservative treatment (medication and physiotherapy).
