Histomorphology of sinoatrial heart node in patients with occupational diseases and autonomic cardioneuropathy

Abstract

In working in contact with harmful production and professional factors, an increased predisposition to the formation of cardiovascular diseases as a manifestation of comorbidity is proved. Etiopathogenetic relationship of cardiopathy in patients with occupational diseases with exposure to adverse factors of the working environment with standard methods of cardiac examination is difficult to prove. Probably, the symptoms of differential diagnosis can be detected in the early dysregulatory manifestations of cardiovascular disease in occupational diseases. Harmful production factors contribute to the formation of peripheral autonomic dysregulation of the sinus node of the heart, which was determined by the study of heart rate variability. With the help of electron microscopy, histological preparations of sinoatrial heart node were studied in patients with vibration disease, pneumoconiosis, chronic professional intoxication with manganese and fluorine compounds, who had Autonomous cardioneuropathy during their lifetime. Non - specific signs of the dystrophic process of ultrastructures in the sinus node of the heart, as a consequence of multi - organ damage in professional disease, were revealed.
