Нарушение углеводного и липидного обменов при беременности (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
В статье представлены вопросы эпидемиологии, патогенеза и диагностики нарушений углеводного и липидного обменов при беременности. Рассмотрены основные факторы риска гестационного сахарного диабета (ГСД). Несмотря на существующие методы антенатального наблюдения и родовспоможения, число беременных с гестационным диабетом постоянно увеличивается. Выбор рационального алгоритма обследования на ранних сроках гестации позволит улучшить перинатальные исходы.
