Нетравматический разрыв мочевого пузыря (клинический случай)

Аннотация
Введение. Одним из наиболее распространенных повреждений органов мочеполовой системы является травма мочевого пузыря. Его повреждение редко бывает изолированным, при сочетанной травме часто может оставаться длительное время незамеченным, ввиду того что больше внимания уделяется патологиям, которые влекут за собой развитие жизнеугрожающих состояний.
Цель работы — описание нетравматического (спонтанного) разрыва мочевого пузыря на примере клинического случая.
Материалы и методы. Использована медицинская документация, включавшая в себя протоколы наблюдения, данные комплексного лабораторно-инструментального обследования пациента.
Результаты и обсуждение. Проведен детальный анализ клинического случая разрыва мочевого пузыря. Изучены субъективные жалобы пациента, объективная симптоматика, диагностические методы и оперативное лечение. Полученные клинические данные подвергнуты сравнительному анализу с современными научными публикациями по этой патологии.
Заключение. На основании клинического наблюдения можно заключить, что в анамнезе нетравматического разрыва мочевого пузыря прослеживаются симптомы, такие как боль в области передней брюшной стенки, вздутие и нарушение акта мочеиспускания, при этом трудности в постановке диагноза могут возникнуть и на этапе оценки клинической картины, в связи с мимикрированием разрыва мочевого пузыря и острой хирургической патологии.
