Возможности применения метода одноэтапной хирургической активации яичников у пациенток с диагнозом «бесплодие» на фоне первичной яичниковой недостаточности

Аннотация

Введение. Актуальность проблемы бесплодия в современном мире не вызывает сомнений, что является основанием для активного развития и внедрения новых хирургических методов лечения этого заболевания.

Цель — показать метод активации in vitro (IVA) аутотрасплантированной фолликулярной ткани яичников как потенциально перспективную терапию бесплодия для пациенток с преждевременной недостаточностью яичников при частично сохранившемся их резерве.

Материалы и методы. Материалы содержат проанализированные 67 источников литературы, из которых 10 русскоязычных, 57 англоязычных.

Результаты и обсуждение. Анализ научно-практических данных исследований позволит оценить успешность применения одноэтапной хирургической активации яичников и IVA последних с использованием аутоматериала, коркового слоя яичников женщин, которым ранее диагностировано бесплодие на фоне первичной яичниковой недостаточности (МКБ-10 — Е28.3/9. Дисфункция яичников). В настоящем литературном обзоре рассмотрена и проанализирована роль влияния антимюллерового гормона на результативность и эффективность лечения с применением методов вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, а также формирование преждевременной недостаточности яичников у женщин репродуктивного возраста. На фоне преждевременной недостаточности яичников актуально детальное рассмотрение эндометриоза различной локализации (МКБ-10 — N80.0–80.9).

Заключение. Таким образом, лечение методом IVA аутотрасплантированной фолликулярной ткани яичников является потенциально перспективной терапией бесплодия для пациенток с преждевременной недостаточностью яичников при частично сохранившемся их резерве.
