Minimal brain dysfunction in children of preschool age in the city of Makhachkala
Abstract
To study the prevalence of minimal brain dysfunction (MBD) in children of preschool age in the city of Makhachkala 600 children were examined. In result of the conducted research it is established that MMD is observed in 72(12%) children. The symptoms of MMD were often found in children from 2.5 to 4.5 years - 48(8%).In mothers of children with MMD the complications were found during gestation in 61 (10,7%) cases. In the first year in children with MMD inflammatory diseases and 91.4%, complications inflammatory were observed: intracranial hypertension of 26.0%, complications after vaccination 83,0%, traumatic brain injury is 21.4%.
