The rules of composition of clinical and pathological epicrisis in post mortem autopsy at the present stage

Abstract

Clinical and pathological epicrisis is an important component of the Documents "Protocol of Post Mortem Autopsy” and "Protocol of Post Mortem Autopsy of Fetus, Stillbirth or Newborn", reflecting the opinion of the prosector on the nature of diseases, their etiological, pathogenetic, clinical and morphological features, thanatogenesis, the cause of death of the patient. However, at present there is no unified approach to its design. The article proposes the rules for compiling a clinical and pathological epicrisis at the present stage, a list of questions to be answered by a pathologist on the basis of clinical and pathological comparisons.
