Abstract
The aim of this study was to study the bioelectrical activity of the masticatory muscles in 50 patients with primary traumatic occlusion in the stage of decompensation (26 women and 24 men) and in 50 patients with combined traumatic occlusion (27 women and 23 men) in central occlusion. Registration of bioelectric potentials was carried out by interference electromyography using the Neuroromyograph Synapsis (STATOKIN) electroneuromyography complex with compression of the jaws in the usual occlusion before and after 3 and 6 months after prosthetic treatment. After prosthetics in patients with primary traumatic occlusion in the stage of decompensation and in patients with combined traumatic occlusion, there was a normalization of the distribution of the masticatory pressure by carrying out rational prosthetics in both groups, which facilitated the gradual normalization of the function of the masticatory muscles with the approach of their activity to the controls obtained in the group.

Abstract
The study of the periodontal condition in patients with primary traumatic occlusion in the stage of decompensation was performed in 50 patients (26 women and 24 men) before the beginning of prosthetic treatment, and 3 and 6 months after prosthetics using the index OHI-S, the index of hemorrhagic gums Muhlemann-Cowell and Russel periodontal index according to the generally accepted method. The statistical analysis showed that the differences between all time intervals can be considered statistically significant at the level of p <0.01. Dynamic observation showed a persistent progressive improvement in the hygienic state of the oral cavity. The indicators of hemorrhage and periodontal index significantly decreased after 3 months after prosthetics, but after 6 months there was a slight tendency to increase, which allows talking about the relative stabilization of periodontal conditions and the effectiveness of orthopedic treatment.

Abstract
To determine the dependence of the blood perfusion volume in the periodontal tissues on the degree of stress resistance and anxiety level in patients, we performed an examination, a survey and an index evaluation of periodontal disease. We also found out the level of emotional and psychological stress, the degree of anxiety and neurotic state in the subjects. Using laser Doppler flowmetry with a spectral analysis of blood flow oscillations, using the customary method on the LAKCOP apparatus, using a personalized kappa with a detachable fixative, the data on the parodontal blood supply parameters were determined. Patients with low stress tolerance and a high level of anxiety have significant differences from other study groups in virtually all parameters of dental status, in particular, with an increase in the level of psychoemotional tension, the intensity of carious diseases and inflammatory diseases of periodontal tissues increases. We got a significant decrease in the blood flow velocity in patients with psychoemotional stress .The rate of hemodynamics in the microcirculatory bed of periodontal tissues in patients of the control group is 1.5 times lower than in the patients of the third group and in 1.8 times in the patients of the fourth group.

Abstract
The aim of our study was to identify possible acute and subchronic toxicity, to establish the safety of the use of a composition based on cell products under experimental conditions in three types of laboratory animals, with different routes of administration. The studies were carried out on white mongrel mice weighing 19-21 g, white rats of the Wistar lineage weighing 190-240, rabbits of the Chinchilla breed with a mass of 2.8-3.6 kg of both sexes. The results of the conducted studies showed that the composition based on cell products in native form and as a 10% suspension does not cause acute and subchronic toxicity. The different degree of expression of motor activity and behavior, before and after administration of 0.4 ml of a 10% suspension of the test composition, became the main criterion for the separation of this population of females and males into subpopulations by the level of anxiety. The composition based on cell products does not cause a local irritant effect on mucous membranes and skin of rabbits. The test composition with subchronic application does not show sensitizing properties.

Abstract
An increase in the volume of cardiosurgical interventions is accompanied by an increase in their effectiveness and quality. Currently, the main methods of surgical treatment of coronary artery disease are coronary stenting and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The number of CAB operations performed in our country over the past 5 years has increased more than 5 times [1]. Rehabilitation assistance to patients who underwent reconstructive surgery at heart continues to develop actively, but many aspects of this complex process have not been sufficiently studied. The prognosis of the patient who underwent CABG depends on the effectiveness of rehabilitation and secondary prevention of IHD, which consists in the drug correction of dyslipidemic, hemorheological, hyperoxidative syndromes that accelerate the atherosclerotic process.

Abstract
The results of the examination of the cortisol content in the blood during general anesthesia in 60 patients operated on for thyroid nodular formations are analyzed. The first group (main group) -40 patients in whom ALV was carried out using the laryngial mask (LM); The 2nd (control) group - Ventilation was performed with intubation of the trachea (IT). The level of cortisol in the blood in both groups was determined in 4 stages: 1- the day before the operation; 2- when applying LM and IT; 3- with stromectomy and 4 th stage - with the application of the last sutures to the wound of the neck. The results of the studies showed that in both methods of ventilation the sympathetic-adrenal system is adequately protected, however, anesthesia with LM causes less stress response; so if during the imposition of LM the level of cortisol increased by 33% from the initial index, then in the second group (intubation of the trachea) this reached up to 35.7% (P <0.05). Similar proportions were more or less characteristic in the 4th stage. However, during the peak of the operation (stage 3 of the examination) in both groups, the level of cortisol in the blood was approaching the baseline, which proved the adequacy of anesthesia in both groups. In addition, the use of LM in the replacement of tracheal intubation, along with the least response of the stressful response of the body, can reduce the occurrence of unwanted symptoms in the postoperative period in the upper respiratory tract.

The material was collected in the course of a retrospective study of the medical documentation of the Department of thoracic surgery of the SBU NSO state Novosibirsk regional clinical hospital. During the period from 2009 to 2017, 140 patients with bullous lung emphysema were included in the study, who underwent bull excision or apparatus resection of the lung area and Subtotal parietal pleurectomy. The patients ' age ranged from 15 to 60 years and averaged 29.46 years(Me 27 (23.0;34.0)). At the same time, 108 patients, which accounted for more than 70% were patients aged 21 to 40 years, i.e. the most able-bodied age. One of the serious complications in the postoperative period was air leakage through pleural drains. Proposed and implemented in the practice of the surgical thoracic Department method of early (2-3 days postoperative) drug resistant patients with discharge air and the analysis of the results of this method in comparison with late (more than 3 days since the operation) bronchomalacia. To do this, patients were divided into 2 groups. The first group included 11 patients to whom the bronchoblocker was installed later than 3 days after the intervention. The second group included 21 patients who had the blocker installed on 2-3 days of the postoperative period. There were no statistically significant differences between the groups by age, sex, method of influence on the bullous-altered fragment of pulmonary tissue (p>0.05).

Abstract
Before the clinical researches, the experimental researches to study the influence of enterosgel, polisorb MP and activated carbon on absorbation of microogranisms from test-culture were conducted. The observations invitro showed that sorbent enerosgel and activated carbon in relation to the absorption of E. Coli revealed that this sorbents adsorb E.Coli actively and polisorb MP adsorbs even faster. Study of the absorption of sugar by enerosgel, polisorb MP and activated carbon from 5% sugar solution showed that enterosgel took more than a half of glucose from the original solution during 3 hours, activated carbon and polisorb MP don’t have this level of absorption. The comparative analysis of general and biochemical blood analysis and urine of patients, who have puru-lent pyelonephritis in combination with diabetes mellitus, was conducted. The main group of 26 people, who received enterosgel in the amount of 22 grams for half an hour before meals, to relieve endotoxemia and reduction of glucose in blood, and 26 people from control group, who received traditional treatment. After all experimental researches we decided that enterosgel can be prescribed in complex treatment of se-vere forms of purulent pyelonephritis in combination with diabetes mellitus. The analysis of conducted treatment testifies that complex treatment of purulent pyelonephritis in combina-tion with diabetes mellitus by injection of enterosgel leads to the reduction of direct toxic influence on tub-ular on glomerular apparatus of kidneys with improvement of renal blood circulation due to normalization of rheological parameter of blood. The evidence is the improvement of endotoxemia and homeostasis. In this regard, it is necessary to emphasize that enterosgel normalizes glucose in blood, directly participate in regulation of sugar in blood that stimulate the reduction of diabetes complications. The data of sugar dy-namics, the improvement of glomerular function and the normalization of immunity indicators testifies this.

Abstract
The aim is to study the review of domestic and foreign literature on the prevention and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction. Material and methods. The data of 87 foreign and domestic sources found in international free access databases were analyzed. Results. The detection of pelvic floor dysfunction in the female population ranges from 32-72% in the late stages of development. According to the literature, at 6 weeks after birth, 32% of women who had labor through natural birthmarks and 35% had a prolapse after caesarean section (p = 0.805). In comparison with nulliparous women, the odds ratio (OR) of the presence of grade II prolapse in POPQ and grade III or IV prolapse associated with repeated births is 2.95 (95% CI: 2.06-4.24) and 1.01 ( 95% CI: 0.40-2.79), respectively. The main cause of DTD is pregnancy and childbirth, which can lead to injuries m. levator ani and f. pubocervicalis. In addition, mechanical stretching, ischemia, denervation of the muscular-fascial complex, and the inadequacy of the repair processes of the elastic fibers of the vaginal and pelvic floor tissues are important. Conclusion: Obtained data on DTD may indicate the prevalence of young women, testify to the need to develop an algorithm for early detection of the disease.

Abstract
The technology of control of laser action on the retina, based on the use of optoacoustic sounding, is discussed. A 丨ow-power probing laser with pulses of 7-10 ns generates acoustic waves in the retinal pigment epithelium, which are detected by an acoustic receiver located on a three-mirror lens placed on the cornea of the eye. The amplitude of the acoustic wave makes it possible to judge the value of the optical absorption coefficient at this point, a value determining the heating temperature of the region after the action of the therapeutic laser. To calculate the temperature field, a three-dimensional model of thermal conductivity is used, which allows determining the temperature distribution at any point during heating by the coagulator, and also after it is turned off. The experiment was carried out on 2 eyes of 1 rabbit of the chinchilla gray breed in vivo, it was planned to obtain 2 degrees of L 'Esperance coagulation according to the temperature distribution. In total, 17 out of 20 delivered at different points of coagulation were recognized as coagulants of the 2nd degree according to the classification of L 'Esperance.
